Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days for 90% of orders. Processing time is separate from delivery time and does not include weekends or holidays.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Your order ships from an international fulfillment center. Depending on your country's current import regulations, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority, separate from your order total. We recommend checking your country's current import thresholds before ordering if you have questions.
Import regulations for low-value parcels have changed multiple times over the past year and continue to evolve, the amount owed, if any, depends on your location and the regulations in effect at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at roomorasupport@gmail.com and we'll look into it with the carrier. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
Order Changes
Because processing begins quickly, we're able to modify or cancel an order only within 5 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
